2210.02 Contracts with School Districts
Contracting for services with school districts is a function of the Agency Administrator's office. Budget estimates covering services to school districts are due in the Agency Administrator's office by January 15 annually for the ensuing year's service. Contract estimates should be forwarded to school districts from the Agency Administrator's office by February 1 for the ensuing year.
Districts will be asked to notify the Agency of potential contact changes for the upcoming school year to allow the Agency to conduct layoffs according to the legal requirements of the State. The Agency requests that school districts return approved contracts no later than May 1.
