3400.02 Educational Attainment

Employees who attain an academic degree (e.g., Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) are asked to inform the Agency of this accomplishment.

When evaluating employee salaries, if applicable to the employee’s assignment, academic degree attainment may be considered by the Agency when making a salary determination.

Employees must provide documentation of academic degree attainment to the CESA 5 Business Services Department by May 31 in order for it to be considered in determining salary advancement in the subsequent fiscal year.
