7434 Use of Tobacco

The Board of Control is committed to providing staff and visitors with a tobacco and smoke-free environment. Providing a non-smoking and tobacco-free environment is consistent with the responsibilities of teachers and staff to be role models for our students.

The Board prohibits the use of tobacco in any form on Agency premises, in Agency vehicles, within any indoor facility owned or leased or contracted for by the Agency, or property used to provide education services to children.
